I have been busy painting away since my last original art sale and I’m excited to announce the date for the next one – Monday, March 27, 2023, at 1:00 EST. As with other online sales, this post is a preview of the paintings that will be in the sale so have the chance to window shop and decide if any of these paintings need a home with you.
Before I share the collection of paintings, here are a few tips on shopping the sale…
- The sale will go live HERE. Paintings will not be visible until 1:00 est on Monday, March 27, 2023. The paintings are first come first serve.
- There is only one of each and they typically sell quickly.
- For faster secure checkout, set up an account and sign in HERE before the sale starts.
- The paintings are not reserved in your cart. They are only yours once you pay, so I suggest checking out quickly with the painting you want most and then circling back for other paintings. Shipping is free inside the US, so you will not incur extra charges for checking out separately. I will combine all of your orders and they’ll ship together.
- Every sale, we prepare for the rush of traffic and try to fix any issues from the last sale, but issues can (and do) still happen. Hopefully, this sale will be smooth and everyone gets what they want! If not, just be patient and know we’re doing our best.
- If you do miss out on a painting, you can send me an e-mail and I will give you early access before my next sale goes live.
All of the paintings in this sale are original oil paintings and all of them are “on board.” This means they are painted on a wooden board that has been primed and prepared to accept oil paint. Most of the paintings are on 8 x 10 panels, so they are easy to frame. There are two slightly larger paintings on 9 x 12 panels. All paintings are finished with Gamvar Gloss for protection and to bring out the colors.
I have still been on a still-life painting kick, so I have a lot of available still-life paintings plus a few landscapes and one seascape. I’ve had a good time experimenting with different brushes, styles, and vignettes, and one was even a 30-minute study.
For those who are interested, I do plan on offering more painting classes. I have just been thinking about how I want to offer them, but I feel like I’m getting that fine-tuned. I’ll share more on that soon, but for now, here are the paintings…
Original oil still life paintings on 8 x 10 board, $225/each…
(The one below was the 30-minute study.)
9 x 12 original oil still life of Asian pears, $275…
8 x 10 original oil landscapes on board, $225/each…
9 x 12 original oil seascape on board, $275…
Let me know if you have any questions about any of the paintings.
As always, thank you so much for supporting my art. It really means so much that my blog readers and social media followers have come on this journey with me and have become collectors of my work.
Marion, those are so very beautiful. Wish I had a museum and lots of money 😀
All are lovely. What city is the riverscape painting?
Trees featured,
Are they oak
Thanks
Gail
Love your work! They are so cheerful and colorful…would add a lot of interest to any setting in your home.
You are really in my top three of my favorite artist-painters. Your colors, the light that emerges from it make me want to make such beautiful works. I paint with acrylic. I am a beginner. I think I have a certain talent, but I learn the hard way… through videos. Do you ever paint with acrylic? . Thank you for sharing this great talent you have!
Thank you so much! I use acrylic sometimes, but mostly in a sketchbook/study application. I just love oils for my finished paintings, so that’s primarily what I work with.
Do you sign them? You should!
