feels like home giveaway | for the antique lover with Liz Marie!

For Feels Like Home Friday, I am teaming up with the queen of cozy and my fellow lover of antiques, Liz Marie Galvan!  We’re going to be on Instagram Live Friday, September 17, at 12:30 pm EST/11:30 am CST to chat about decorating with antiques!  I am really looking forward to it and I hope you will join us for that.  (You can watch it HERE if you were not able to make it live.)

Of course, we’ll also be talking about books, which are both coming out this fall and feature decorating with antiques…

In addition, we’ll be having a joint giveaway on Instagram!  I know not everyone is on Instagram (sorry), but this was the easiest way for us to team up together for the giveaway.  So, if you’d like to enter the giveaway, you’ll have to do it over on Instagram (details are at the bottom of the post.)

This giveaway is for “The Antique Lover” and it’s a good one!  It includes…

Signed copies of , , and Jose & Liz Marie’s children’s book .

One of Liz’s favorites – a Stanley Quelcher.  When you are an antique lover, you might be out and about at antique markets and you’ll need a good, insulated travel cup for your beverage of choice!

Both Liz and I have pillows made by Emily of Penny & Ivy in our homes.  Emily makes amazing pillows, cushions, stockings, upholstered pieces, and more out of antique grain sacks and fabrics.  She has an amazing eye and is a wonder with a sewing machine.  So, she is giving away this pair of pillows made out of antique grain sacks…

A $200 gift card to spend at The Found Cottage (either in their physical shop in Holland, MI or in their online shop HERE.)  I’m always oogling over the things that are in that shop!

And a whopping $500 gift card to one of our favorite retailers of European goods & antiques – Dreamy Whites Lifestyle.

Some of my favorite things in my home are from Dreamy Whites.  Maria, the proprietress is such a talented designer and curates the most delicious array of antiques, linens, soaps, pillows, baskets, brushes, and she has now added Farrow & Ball paint to her shop in Amador City, CA, and online store.  Not only do I love everything she does, but she is one of the kindest and most generous people I know.  You will have a blast spending $500 in her shop!

This is such an awesome collection of goodies, isn’t it?

The giveaway will be running through Monday, September 20, 2021, at midnight PST.  To enter, you need to be following both of our Instagram accounts – Miss Mustard Seed and Liz Marie Galvan on Instagram and leave a comment on both of our Friday posts.  HERE is mine and HERE is Liz Marie’s.

Good luck!

And, speaking of giveaways, the winner of the giveaway “For the Makers” is Laura Hale.

    1. I am always impressed by you. Your style is second to your character. It shines through every word. Thank you!

  1. I follow both of you talented ladies making your homes open to us and welcoming us . I love your style and try to practice the same values in making a welcoming home ! Is this giveaway open to Canadians or still just our lovely neighbors! ?

  2. Love your new look. A bit of a problem with positioning on you Art Courses page and on the individual courses themselves. I’m on a Macbook Pro 15″ and your blog section stays where it is supposed to, but not on the Art Courses. Also, when I try to access the Pear painting class I get a critical WordPress error. Hopefully your webmaster can fix these things. I love your site but its really difficult to navigate with the problems in place. Many thanks for sharing all the beauty!
