Welcome to my second Furniture Feature Friday! Remember I’ll have my very first linky party next week, so get your posts ready!
For this week I found a wonderful makeover to inspire you. We all have seen those gargantuan 1970’s china cabinets in thrift stores and on Craig’s List for next to nothing. I am pretty brave with the furniture I buy to redo, but I’ve never had the guts to take on one of those. They are huge, heavy, often times have weird hardware and dated details. I now see that I was a fool.

Isn't that redo incredible?! Who would have thought? (Obviously Enchantress 3) Thanks for sharing.
This turned out absolutely beautiful! Now I'm wondering how my built-in china cabinet would look painted white. Thanks for the inspiration!
I not only like how the china cupboard turned out painted white, but I like like how you put black and white items in it.
Thanks so much for the feature!!! It makes me feel good that you love my china cabinet so much, because I am in love with everything you do! You have such amazing vision and style!
Hugs,
Sariah
I'm sorry did you hear that? It's me SCREAMING over here! That was a FANTASTIC transformation! the white china cabinet is SWOON worthy!
What a great transformation! I think I would have also walked by this piece (my Mom would not). It is so great to see how people take a step into changing a piece.
Still trying to find a feed sack so I can attack this footstool over here.
Amazing! What a transformation.
Your numbers did take off! Good ~ you deserve having all these wonderful people {myself included} getting inspired by your talent. I saw that china cabinet redo yesterday and couldn't get over it. It looks fantastic and the detail on the piece itself ~ well, I love that type of thing.
Great giveaway item ~ I could use a tray!
Now that is a FABULOUS makeover!!!!
I too would have walked by that piece.
Thanks for your comment on my blog….I've also become your follower.
It's truly amazing what some white paint can do, isn't it ?
That went from being so ugly to SO SO SO pretty. WOW, great job!
I love how white paint can bring out all the details and beauty of an ugly duckling piece of wood furniture, love the makeover. Sandra
That is one pretty make-over!
Thanks for the Etsy encouragement.

Wow! What a great piece. The white really brings out of its beautiful character.

Wow…love that big hunk of white furniture! The white is the perfect color to balance the heaviness of the piece…really love it! Thanks for sharing.

Wow! Great piece, and your right I would have passed it by at Goodwill as well. Your blog party sounds fun! Cindy
I agree wholeheartedly with your comments…and am now feeling really brave. I'm heading to Goodwill today. Maybe I'll have something great for your first linky party! Excited about that. : )
Amazing before and after!!
Amazing transformation! I just purchases a spray gun & can't wait to use it 🙂
Hi there! I just recently found your blog thru Kathy's Creative Home Expressions.
Just love your blog and the before and afters. Fabulous!
It is amazing to me that some people see potential when I'm completely blind to it. That piece would have looked hopelessly dated to me. Thanks for sharing!
You're right! I've seen these monsters on craigslist. Seeing this pretty transformation makes you think…
