Good evening furniture lovers! I really enjoyed looking through last week’s listings, as always. I’m constantly blown away at the talented furniture artists out there and I consider it a real privilege that so many of you take the time to link up here. So, here are a few favorites from last week…
This is a simple makeover by Sharon of I Restore Stuff, but it’s so pretty! She applied Hemp Oil to a wood stool that was dried out and brought out the lovely patina of the wood. I am a little partial to it, since she used MMSMP Hemp Oil, but this could be accomplished with many types of oil.
And can you believe that Holly from McCall Manor found this piece on the side of the road?! What are people thinking? I don’t know if I can live in a country where people put stuff like this on the side of the road. Oh wait…that means girls like us can pick it up and paint it and make it look like this! I’ve changed my mind. Nice save, Holly!
Lastly, I think the finish on this piece by Karri of Blue Ribbon Kitchen is so pretty. The piece was very rough to begin with and she did an amazing job working with the problems and giving it a pretty, new look.
Here are the rules for our furniture get-together…
1.) Your post has to be about furniture. Please, please, please…just furniture. If you find your link has been deleted, it’s not because I’m mean, it’s because your post was not about furniture. You can share makeovers, awesome finds, favorite pieces, furniture arrangements, or even pieces on your wish list! Built-in furniture like kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities qualify as furniture.
2.) Post a permalink (the link to the post), not the link to your blog.
3.) This party will close Friday at midnight PST and I will choose my favorite(s) and feature their piece(s) on next week’s FFF. Enjoy the party!

Marian!
Thank you…thank you for featuring my antique dresser makeover! I am a brand new blogger…and this is really so thrilling… I don’t think I would have ever attempted to fix-up, make-over or paint any kind of furniture…until I came across your blog. Thank you for the inspiration and the courage to try.
All the best,
Karri
Thank you for hosting Furniture Friday each week. You give me a goal to work toward.

Thanks for hosting Marion!
Thank you Marion for featuring my ‘trashy’ piece of furniture! I actually have 2 tables in my garage that I got out of the trash as well. People in my neighborhood are either crazy or they love me. ha Paint can do wonders!
I love how that Hemp Oil just renewed that piece.
I can’t believe someone left that on the side of the road! That’s just crazy, but a crazy lucky and awesome find as well.
