Haha! Thats funny, cause I am totally lost on FB as well. I had a personal account that I cancelled because it just confused me. Then I was told as well to get a FB account for my blog. So I did. Now what? lol I'm in the same boat. If anyone wants to befriend me as well, look me up please!!
