Well, I’ve been out of commission since late yesterday afternoon with a virus and I just spent the morning in the ER hooked up to an IV. I’m doing better, but, for the first time in years, I am going to spend the day in bed. Unfortunately, we were getting the keys to our new store today, so I missed out on that. And the Pottery Barn inspired nursery mural will have to wait for another day. However, I am feeling well enough to do some blogging! I did get the rare opportunity to take my time to look through my Country Living magazine while I was hooked up to the sweet nectar of life (saline & medicine) and found some very inspirational stuff.

So sorry to hear you're under the weather but you have to get better so we can see more of your "fabulousness" that you create!
I looked through that Country Living magazine at the store and wish now that I'd bought it…might have to pick it up later. Isn't that mirror and whole tabletop to die for? I have some old suitcases I made into an end table next to my husband's easy chair…just added some "legs" that I stained and it looks great.
Get well soon!

Oh my, you poor thing! Take it easy and rest! This bug thing has been hitting us Pennsylvanians hard! I'll knock on wood because I've been spared so far!
Feel better! Take it easy and laze about reading blogs all day long, that's the best medicine. 😉
I admire the way you handled the blog award…I changed over to an award free blog awhile back due mostly to busy-ness, but it's most gracious to at least thank the giver and give them a shout out. Classy, well done!
Hugs,
Anne
Hope you are feeling better every day! I just found your blog and have been lazing away the morning learning so many things! I just finished painting an old oak dresser and desk that all my kids hated and now they are going to be fighting over it! I am wondering though, what finish do you put on your painted pieces after you are all done? Do you use the wipe on poly on painted things too? I was planning on painting my kitchen table and chairs black, but now Im thinking of cream, antiqued with the dark mahogany top…
love love love you blog! get well soon!
Get well ASAP! ox I love everything about these images, I can't wait to OWN a home – this renting thing leaves my hands tied on so many projects.

Oh my poor blog friend! I hope you are up to snuff again real soon. In the meantime, enjoy your rest – oh how I wish someone would send me to bed for the day.

Hey, I hope you are feeling better!
I read about you wanting to make a sunburst mirror and I remember seeing this tutorial on Three Men and A Lady Blog! Here is the link!

Well, I just found you. And am so sorry to hear that you're sick. My husband is a doctor, and we were just talking about the flu that has taken the world in its grip. I am now aware also of your Friday meme. And will be checking that out. Just looking at the stool at that table suddenly gives me a backache! Get well soon!

Oh goodness, I hope you're back to yourself soon… Where would your followers do without your lovely transformations!
I hope your feeling better. Sorry you had to go to the ER, that's no fun. I always enjoy visiting you on your blog. I can't believe that brown walls look so good!
Hope you feel better! I saw some mirrors similiar to that one, in one they used plastic spoons and glued them around, the other used wooden coffee stirers, spray painted them silver, and glued them behind the mirror using a plated as an template. I will look for the link for ya! Fell better!
Sorry to hear you are not feeling well…hope your back on your feet soon.
