I cannot express how excited I am that the book is finally available, and I am eagerly awaiting feedback from those who read it. My hope is the book will be an encouragement, a pep talk, and that anyone who reads it will feel pulled to lean into curiosity, to gain a fresh perspective, to work, rest, and grow, to embrace their unique brand of art, to make room for creativity, to make connections, to make a delightfully fulfilling creative life.

When the concept for this book first started taking shape, I imagined it as a trade (text only) book. I’m so glad the publisher encouraged me to add pictures, but I wrote the book in a way that the words could stand on their own. It’s a great book to listen to on a walk or in the car since it’s divided into short, easily-digestible chapters and essays.
There will be more giveaways, and I’ll share more information about the book and adjacent topics over the coming weeks and months. Creativity is a big topic, and I only scratched the surface with this book. In fact, I had to do a ton of editing and omitting right from the beginning to make it fit within the word and page count.

I’ve tried to order the book at Christianbook.com but I don’t see a free shipping offer there & your post isn’t showing a promo code that I see. Also there is no mention of a digital art download on their site.
