Furniture Feature Friday – Favorites & a Link Party

FFF
Between the pool, ice cream cones, catching fireflies, washing dirty feet and tucking in two tired boys, I almost didn’t make it to FFF tonight!  But, I managed to steal away a few minutes before 10:00 to pick out my favorites from two weeks ago.  The blues have it tonight…

I think this painted hutch by Lilacs and Longhorns looks so pretty.   It adds just the right amount of pop against the neutral walls.  Very lovely piece.

I love this Anthropologie-inspired typography dresser by Southern Revivals.  And it’s painted in one of my very favorite colors – Shutter Gray…

I bet you can guess what caught my eye in this room by Dimples and Tangles…the curtains!  I also love the peacock blue used on this dresser.  You should see the before and after of this space and how just painting one piece of furniture made a big statement.

Here are the rules for our furniture get-together…

1.) Your post has to be about furniture. Please, please, please…just furniture. If you find your link has been deleted, it’s not because I’m mean, it’s because your post was not about furniture. You can share makeovers, awesome finds, favorite pieces, furniture arrangements, or even pieces on your wish list! Built-in furniture like kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities qualify as furniture.

2.) Post a permalink (the link to the post), not the link to your blog.

3.) This party will close Friday at midnight PST and I will choose my favorite(s) and feature their piece(s) on next week’s FFF.

Enjoy the party!

  5. What a GREAT way to spend a Friday evening while listening to my music!! I LOVE this and feel as though we ALL are a SISTERHOOD! I don’t even have to get dressed up, put on make-up or even style my hair:) This is the best party ever for me and I am with all the best girlfriends I could ask for!! Thank you so much MMS for having this party and THANK YOU SISTERS for sharing your talents that God has given each and everyone one of you!!!
You are teaching so many new ways of restoring what we feel is too ugly to continue using or showing us that it doesn’t cost a lot to refurbish our own things with a great look and have a whole new appearance of our home and be happy without shopping!!!
Blessings to each and enjoy the party!!! Now, if I could just get delivery from Starbucks or get my husband to bring me some popcorn. I WOULD be set:))

  7. Hey there! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you
using for this website? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve had
issues with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform.
I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
