Day After Christmas True Value Giveaway

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.  It was an awesome day for me.  You can read the recap HERE if you missed it.  I love the rush of presents on Christmas, but it’s always a bit of a let-down when the day that you’ve been anticipating for weeks is finally over.  The Christmas music is banned until next November, the tree and decorations are about to come down and it’s back to eating salads for lunch.   Because of the post-Christmas blahs, I love getting a stray present that comes just a little late.  It’s a little remnant of one of the best days of the year.  (Although, I’ll say the slump  has been lessened this year because it’s been fun watching the boys play with their new toys and it’s snowing.)

Anyway, I thought I would offer a late present to one lucky reader – a $100 gift card to True Value Hardware.  Maybe you’re getting buried in snow and need to put it towards a blower

…you want to get organized in the new year…

…or you want to give your kitchen cabinets a face lift with some new hardware.

Whatever the project, this card can help you out.

Just leave a comment letting me know what project you hope to work on in the new year to enter.  That’s it!  The giveaway will close Thursday, December 27, 2012, at midnight PST and winner will be randomly chosen Friday, December 28.  You must be over 18 to win.  This giveaway is open to international readers.

Good luck!

I was one of the bloggers selected by True Value to work on the DIY Squad. I have been compensated for my time commitment to the program as well as my writing about my experience. I have also been compensated for the materials needed for my DIY project. However, my opinions are entirely my own and I have not been paid to publish positive comments.

I take a hybrid approach when it comes to running my life and organizing my thoughts.  I like paper, pencils, and pens for writing down ideas, planning, and managing my day.  While old-fashioned notebooks are my preference for most things, I rely heavily on a digital calendar and reminder alarms
