Wow, you certainly make it difficult to pick only 3 out of all of the linked-up projects. You should all give yourselves a giant pat on the back for creating inspirational pieces for all of us to see! It’s truly remarkable how much talent is out there!
However, I did manage to narrow it down to projects that, I believe, truly highlight the power of paint.
Christy, of Confessions of a Serial DIYer, turned a $20 garage sale find into a beautiful piece of furniture for her bedroom. My favorite part on this dressing table is the stripes on the sides! I love them!
Katie from The Shabby Cottage Home created a stunning piece of furniture. She chose a very grounded color, then added practical drawer pulls, kept the distressing to a minimum and topped it off with a touch of elegance by adding the crystal knobs to the drawers on top. It’s a true “statement piece” in its simplicity.
And Beth from Home Stories A to Z not only transformed a lovely armoire into an amazing armoire by using Miss Mustard Milk Paint in Kitchen Scale, but she also provided a step-by-step tutorial on how to properly prepare a piece of furniture prior to painting it.
If you think these picks are great, I hope you’ll take some time to visit each other because you’ll be blown away by what you see.
Thank you so much to Marian for asking me to visit all of your inspiring blogs and to then come here today to share my picks for Furniture Feature Friday with all of you. The pleasure was all mine!
Here are the rules for our furniture get-together…
1.) Your post has to be about furniture. Please, please, please…just furniture. If you find your link has been deleted, it’s not because I’m mean, it’s because your post was not about furniture. You can share makeovers, awesome finds, favorite pieces, furniture arrangements, or even pieces on your wish list! Built-in furniture like kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities qualify as furniture.
2.) Post a permalink (the link to the post), not the link to your blog.
3.) This party will close Friday at midnight PST and I will choose my favorite(s) and feature their piece(s) on next week’s FFF.
Enjoy the party!

Hi Marian, my link this week is the first project I painted with MMS MP. It’s from a few weeks ago but I’d not shared it here, yet. I loved how it flaked a little but not too much. Flow Blue, love that color. I found a little wood shelf at a thrift yesterday for $4 and I think that’s gonna be Flow Blue, too! Take care – Dawn @ We Call It Junkin

Hello, I don’t know where to begin, Thank You so much for the feature I am truly humbled and honored, I have been following, slightly stalking your blog since I started my blogging journey although have never left a comment as I know you get a ton, but I just had to tell you how much I appreciate it, especially Laura for choosing our tiny corner of this massive sea of talent. Me and my family have been in the furniture painting business for a long time(almost 13 years)but we are new to this whole social media blogging thing, so again Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!
Also to be in the same category as Beth(another blog I slightly stalk) so, so honored.
