Atlanta Milk Paint Workshop Giveaway!

I’m headed to Fayetteville, Arkansas this weekend (February 22-23, 2013) for a Milk Paint workshop, DIY seminar and book signing at The House Special Interiors.  If you’re in the area, I would love to have you join us.  All of the details are listed on my side bar and HERE.

The next trip I’m going on is to Atlanta, Georgia on March 16, 2013, for another Milk Paint workshop, DIY seminar and book signing at Brushstrokes by Mary Anne.  The event is being held at Founders Hall in Roswell, GA.

Here’s the schedule of events…

9:00 am – 11:30 am: Milk Paint Workshop – This workshop will be hand’s on!  We will be painting DIY trays (made out of cabinet doors) and you’ll learn all about Milk Paint from mixing to painting to distressing to finishing.

$100 (includes paint and supplies), $110 after March 5

Between sessions, I’ll head out to a local lunch in Roswell and anyone who wants to join me is welcome.  (I can also sign books during the lunch break for those who can’t attend the events.)
1:30 pm – 2:30 pm : DIY Seminar  I taught this seminar in Colorado and it was a big hit.  I will share the benefits of DIY, some of my favorite secret weapons and lots of sources for goodies like bargain hemp fabric and preserved boxwood branches.  Bring a pencil and paper to this one!

$40, $60 after March 5

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm : Book Signing  Free to anyone who wants to come.

If you’d like to attend all day, the total event price: $129, $160 after March 5

Call 770-366-5990 or visit Brushstrokes by Mary Anne to make a reservation.

For those who are in the area and interested in attending, we’re giving away a prize package that includes a pair of all-day event tickets and two copies of my book, Inspired You.  To enter, just leave a comment.  The giveaway is open through Monday, Febraury 18 at midnight PST.  The giveaway does not include travel expenses or accommodations and is only open to readers over the age of 18.  If you purchase tickets to the event(s) and win, you will receive a refund.

Good luck and I can’t wait to meet those who are able to make it.
