I have had the privilege of being a member of the True Value DIY Blog Squad this year. I’ve tested out some great products and tools, have become friends with the folks at my local True Value…
…and I’ve gotten a lot of projects done including painting my kitchen cabinets and family room…
…and making some progress on my bathroom.
Now it’s my week to be the “DIY Blog Squad-er” who answers the questions on the Ask the DIY Blog Squad Facebook Page. Just visit the True Value Facebook page, click the DIY Blog Squad button on the left side bar and then click the “Ask the Blog Squad” tab. Enter your question and I’ll do my best to answer it!
It’s worth the trip over there just to look at the archives. There are lots of great questions and answers from some of your favorites bloggers, including The Bowers, The Palmers, Roeshel, Kate and Sarah.

What tile did you use on your bathroom floor?
I’m loving all the projects you’ve done around your house. The bathroom is looking great, the floor is really beautiful. When you painted your kitchen cabinets did you do the inside of the doors?
Thanks~Michelle

Can’t you just come to my house and re-do everything?
My sentiments are the same as Kristens – everything in your home is so beautiful – where do you get your ideas. I have beautiful cabinets installed with wonderful granite and wood floors however, I don’t know how to make it pretty – any help the cabinets are a rich medium cherry., the granite tops are a cream, black, and a little yellow. I like charles faudre looks but am just not sure I’m leaning towards Toile – I have a beautiful ceramici rooster that I purchased from Macy’s also. Any ideas?
