A quick announcement before we get to the giveaway.  I was planning to meet some lovely ladies tomorrow at the Raleigh Flea Market, but unfortunately, I have to cancel.  I am so BUMMED!!!  My oldest son is now sick and we feel it’s best to get him home where he can rest and recover.  I travel to Raleigh frequently, though, so we’ll plan a shopping excursion for next time!

I might just find something in the store that calls my name. I fell in love with Soft Surroundings about six months ago when my daughters took me in the store in St. Louis. They insisted on my checking it out. They said every thing in there reminded them of me. What a lovely compliment.

  87. Oh Carlton conversion chairs, where have you been all my life!!? I didn’t even know this kind of thing existed. It is exactly what I need for a sitting area in my master. We can move them around a bit if we need to, but they tidy right back up. Love them!

  209. Soft Surroundings is a favorite at my house and when their catalog arrives it is heaven to start the dreaming. They also carry pants in tall which is needed for this 6 footer. i am entranced by their gorgeous and dreamy nightgowns…so pretty and so different from the boxer shorts and old husband t-shirts I wear.

It is so pretty and since I live in a small home with a very small bathroom and no storage space, it would allow me to stack rolled towels on the bottom shelf leaving room on top to display a pretty jars on top filled with soaps, q-tips, and cotton balls.
