I started my Facebook Page, Mustard Seed Creations, before I changed my business name to Mustard Seed Interiors.  I’m working on some new branding projects, so it was time for an update!  I will be closing my Mustard Seed Creations Facebook Page very soon, so make sure you “like” me at…

(Don’t worry, this doesn’t change my blog at all.)

While you’re at it, if you’re on Twitter and don’t follow me, yet, you can do it here…

It’s Miss Mustard Seed on the go!  Don’t miss me sharing when I spray myself in the face with a hose or when I give a sneak peek of my next project!

Coming soon, the Miss Mustard Seed App, where I can give you virtual advice on any piece of furniture and tell you if you’ve found a good bargain at a flea market.  Just kidding.  That’s not coming soon.

See you tonight at 10 pm EST for Furniture Feature Friday.  Are you ready?

  1. Oh no!! I'll still be on blogger, I'm just changing my Facebook page. That's all. 🙂

    Miss Mustard Seed

  2. For a split second I was having an adrenaline rush on the new App. You just need to find a way to clone yourself, then you get all the virtual stuff done that you wished you could, like that great App!

    PS Love that pitcher.

  3. Haha!, I was going to say, "Wow she is really making herself available to all" I mean that would be crazy. Can you imagine how much you wouldn't get done because we all want your advice?:)

  4. Well, you're doing so well. Congratulations! Now will you still continue to have your blog? I hope so!
    Be a sweetie,
    Shelia 🙂

what a kidder, i was like whoa!! she is really famous!

  6. when I read your app idea, I immediately had half a dozen pieces of furniture that I wanted to ask you about lol. I've been finding some great pieces in my new town, and am very excited to get painting. I'm considering Chalk paint, but I'll need to check on shipping/costs to Canada. Why the heck is an imaginary line drawn accross our two countries, such a pain in the butt sometimes?? =)

  7. Great. You will be the second non-food blog I will follow on FB after my sister-in-law Jennifer's Scissors and Spatulas! 🙂 It is a nice and refreshing thing to see something different – something other than food- for a while! You and Jennifer's posts inspire me to look around my house and change things a bit 🙂

  8. I thought you were serious about the app! I was going to be REALLY excited!!!! But I could see how that might keep you insanely busy if all us DIY nuts were sending you pics all day of furniture we found 🙂

  9. That was a great "gotcha!" Seriously! I have to tell you that I conquered the slipcover fear by watching your tutorials. A friend gave me a bag full of various coordinating decorator fabrics and I was able to put together a cool slipcover for a family chair and ottoman. Thanks so much for the videos…it really did help. Blessings to you!

  10. I love the "trimmings" in your vintage blue pitcher! What a fresh idea! I'm SO copying that…today!!! =D Thanks! You are most inspirational…and definitely copy-worthy!! ;]

  11. You should have seen the look on my face when I read the part about the app. My mouth dropped open, and my eyes bugged out then I grinned real big, but then I got to the end, and my face fell! Oh, well maybe next time! I already followed your new name on facebook, after seeing your post this morning! God Bless!

  12. I have been following you for about 3 months now and just absolutely LOVE your blog and your creations. My question is, how do you decide what to price your pieces after you have redone them? We have several booths in an Antique Mall and only sell fix it up type furniture, but if I were to redo them first, I would not have a clue what to price them. Can you help me?

  13. I got soooooooooo excited about the virtual advice!!! Oh well…. You should think of making something like that happen. Maybe set aside on day or a few hours, get a great sponsor for it.
