Good evening, everyone! I have had a jam packed week and I’m topping it off with two workshops over the next couple of days! So, sitting down for a few minutes to browse for favorites was a bit of a rest from all of the painting, stripping (upholstery) and preparing for the upcoming events. There were some really lovely pieces shared, as always. Thanks to everyone for putting your work out there to inspired others. Here were a few of my favorites…
This shelving unit filled with cubbies by Jessica of Dear Emmeline is actually a brilliant, but simple Ikea hack. I love how she styled the piece, too.
Of course, these chairs by Cindy of Edith + Evelyn Interiors caught my eye immediately. French chairs with “grain sacks” and blue stripes? Come on! I love it paired with that table, the chandelier and the oversized dough bowl.
Lastly, this buffet was pretty rough when Camille from Gustave et Voltaire found it, but it looks lovely now! She sanded down a peeling finish to show off the beautiful parquet work on the top and paired it with a creamy paint. I would buy this piece in a heart-beat. Love it!
Here are the rules for our furniture get-together…
1.) Your post has to be about furniture. Please, please, please…just furniture. If you find your link has been deleted, it’s not because I’m mean, it’s because your post was not about furniture. You can share makeovers, awesome finds, favorite pieces, furniture arrangements, or even pieces on your wish list! Built-in furniture like kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities qualify as furniture.
2.) Post a permalink (the link to the post), not the link to your blog.
3.) This party will close Friday at midnight PST and I will choose my favorite(s) and feature their piece(s) on next week’s FFF. Enjoy the party!
