Furniture Feature Friday – Favorites & Link Party

Sorry I’m a wee bit late tonight.  I got sidetracked picking favorites while eating a late dinner.  After demoing the bathroom and helping to install a new tub yesterday and shopping all day today…I am going at slow-mo speed tonight.  Anyway, here are my favorites from last week…  (Holy cow, by the way!  There was some good stuff to look through!)
Okay, I know I just featured her bench a couple of weeks ago, but I have a huge crush on the way Kim of Savvy Southern Style’s sun room is put together.  I love the slipcovered furniture, pillows, painted furniture, blue & white, everything  Of course, I love the MMSMP Flow Blue milk painted table, too.  :)

I am also smitten with the kitchen makeover shared at Shabby Love.  It’s amazing what was achieved on a budget.  Oh and the ironstone and scales won me over, too.

My last pick is this wardrobe by Kathy of Petticoat Junktion.  The stenciled front is cute, but when you open it up?  So clever!  I often ignore the interiors of my pieces and this makes me want to get more creative with them.

Here are the rules for our furniture get-together…

1.) Your post has to be about furniture. Please, please, please…just furniture. If you find your link has been deleted, it’s not because I’m mean, it’s because your post was not about furniture. You can share makeovers, awesome finds, favorite pieces, furniture arrangements, or even pieces on your wish list! Built-in furniture like kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities qualify as furniture.

2.) Post a permalink (the link to the post), not the link to your blog.

3.) This party will close Friday at midnight PST and I will choose my favorite(s) and feature their piece(s) on next week’s FFF.

Enjoy the party!

I love all the inspiration! In the middle of my own make over, transforming an antique commode into a changing table. I am stuck in how to gain some height, without looking tacky. Need about 5 inches, can anybody help???

  23. I’m gone to tell my little brother, that he should also visit this webpage on regular basis to take updated from most up-to-date information.

  24. I never would have thought to stencil a chandelier inside the door of the armoire. So cute! I’ve been using chalkboard paint on the inside of the doors. It’s a nice surprise for the little girls when they open their armoire or chifferobes for the first time & find the chalkboard inside waiting for them.
