Shop Lucketts – August Special

I wanted to share the latest Shop Lucketts special for August

…it’s this galvanized tray with rope handles.  Here’s what the design gurus at Lucketts have to say about it…

“We love this tray because it evokes a sense of relaxed simplicity — it’s not trying to be beautiful, it just is.  The beautiful galvanized metal texture with rope handles is utilitarian, but start decorating with this beauty, and it makes everything around it come to life.  At our Design House, we have used this tray on coffee tables to group books and decorative accessories, and it’s been the perfect size at parties to help serve drinks and hors d’oeuvres.  One of our newest and most favorite finds from our summer buying trip!”

This tray usually retails for $45, but they’re offering it at more than 20% off for $35 for my readers.  Snap it up while you can!  They sell out of things pretty quickly.

Woohoo! I just ordered 2! I think I’ll start by hanging them on the wall on either side of my china cabinet. We’ll see how long that lasts haha… they look so useful!

Looks pretty neat! I’ll take some of the lemonade in the first picture. : )

  3. These would be Perfect for bed trays. When your kid or spouse is sick, it would hold soup, or at least a drink, Kleenex, and a snack.

  4. I just ordered one to give my Mom for her living room makeover! She has new paint, new hardwood, new carpet and I slipcovered her large round ottoman. Been thinking she needs something like this to style that ottoman with!

I do love that tray, good thing I don’t have money for one right now. I have a lot of basket type trays and have been working on getting some others. You’ll think I’m crazy, I found a galvanized oval shaped tray at Habitat but I had hubs paint it with the oil rubbed bronze paint, very striking look now. Going to put something on the handles to make it shine even more. I have a few other galvanized containers I had him paint with the oil rubbed bronze. Guess I’m just tired of galvanized. People here just don’t get the rustic, distressed, galvanized, any of that kind of thing. Did CO miss the boat or this just the wrong part of CO, (Grand Junction)? Looking forward to trying out your milk paint.

  8. OH this is truly lovely but I missed out because we were celebrating our 22nd anniversary and I avoided reading e-mails, etc. But that is okay because now I have a challenge!!! To see if I can recreate this lovely tray or see what I already have. We are cleaning, clearing, sorting, and getting rid of “stuff”…

Thank you so very much for sharing though! NOw I’m of to watch the geese in the field behind our house, seems early for them this year but I sure am enjoying their “antics”! :)

  9. Do youve a spam concern on this web site; I also am a blogger, and I was questioning your scenario; weve created some good methods and were looking to exchange options with other individuals, be positive to fire me an e-mail if serious.
