Furniture Feature Friday – Features & a Link Party

If you follow me on FaceBook, you might’ve seen two of the latest furniture pieces I was working on for the Lucketts Market.  I’m ramping up to get as much done as I can, so I have lots of great pieces for the fair.  I always get pretty stressed before Lucketts, but know it’ll all work out and I’ll have a blast during the actual event.  I’m pooped, so I’m just going to get right to my favorites from last week…

I love this antique cupboard shared by Becky of Buckets of Burlap.  Oh…look at the chippy goodness and the color!  I could totally give this cupboard a good home, but it looks like it already has one.

Mary from At Home on the Bay gave her dining room a makeover and I think it’s absolutely lovely.  The colors are peaceful and she made simple changes like slipcovering her existing chairs, painting the sideboard and china hutch in ASCP, and adding curtain panels.  I love rooms that are real rooms, yet so beautiful.

Jennifer from Dimples & Tangles created this adorable chair for her daughter’s room by reupholstering it in some fun fabrics.  Not only do I love her combination of pattern and color, but this girl’s got guts.  She used a glue gun for a lot of the upholstery work!  Hey, I can’t argue with the results…

Here are the rules for our furniture get-together…

1.) Your post has to be about furniture. Please, please, please…just furniture. If you find your link has been deleted, it’s not because I’m mean, it’s because your post was not about furniture. You can share makeovers, awesome finds, favorite pieces, furniture arrangements, or even pieces on your wish list! Built-in furniture like kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities qualify as furniture.

2.) Post a permalink (the link to the post), not the link to your blog.

3.) This party will close Friday at midnight PST and I will choose my favorite(s) and feature their piece(s) on next week’s FFF.

Enjoy the party!

Keep up your good work, it will be worth it at the Luckett’s fair. Wish I lived closer so I could visit!
