Furniture Feature Friday – Favorites & Link Party

As always, there were some beautiful pieces posted last week and it was tough to pick some favorites, but these are the ones that caught my eye…

I always love Kristine’s stuff over at The Painted Hive and I couldn’t resist picking this one as a favorite as well.  This card catalog was the perfect size for an end table once it was put on casters.  Those cubbies are great for remotes and other little things that can accumulate on a side table.

I thought this dresser by The Green Dresser was so simple and beautiful.  Sometimes all you need is a pretty color, a little distressing and some killer hardware.  Nice work!

I thought this fabric Mod Podge desk by Kim from Too Much Time on my Hands is fabulous!  The colors of the fabric against the painted and unfinished wood looks so interesting and the brass hardware pops.

Enjoy the party!

Here are the rules for our furniture get-together…

1.) Your post has to be about furniture. Please, please, please…just furniture. If you find your link has been deleted, it’s not because I’m mean, it’s because your post was not about furniture. You can share makeovers, awesome finds, favorite pieces, furniture arrangements, or even pieces on your wish list! Built-in furniture like kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities qualify as furniture.

2.) Post a permalink (the link to the post), not the link to your blog.

3.) This party will close Saturday at midnight PST and I will choose my favorite(s) and feature their piece(s) on next week’s FFF.

We were obviously thinking along the same lines this week! I’m sharing a dresser turned into a media cabinet. So much more fun than buying one that looks like everyone else’s!

Quick question: Are you hosting the Furniture Feature this Friday — or skipping in lieu of all the holiday chatter and linkies?

    Thanks! Linda
